Find help with software updates and reporting possible security issues in Enkl Sound speakers, our app and website.
Keep your speaker and app up to date
Use the latest Enkl Sound app from the App Store or Google Play. When a firmware update is available for your speaker model, follow the instructions in the app. Make sure the battery is sufficiently charged and do not disconnect the speaker or connection during the update.
Need help?
Email us with your speaker model, app version and a brief description of the issue. Include the firmware version if you can find it in the app.
Report a possible security issue
Found a possible vulnerability in an Enkl Sound product, our app or website? Email contact (a) enklsound. com.
Please include:
- The affected product or web address, and app and firmware versions where relevant.
- A description of the issue and how to reproduce it.
- The possible impact and relevant screenshots without personal information.
Do not send passwords, payment information or other people's data. Only test equipment and systems you are authorised to examine, and avoid disrupting other users. Contact us before publishing technical details so we can investigate the issue and coordinate its handling.
We use your report to investigate the issue and may contact you for more information. Ordinary sound, pairing or charging problems can be sent to the same address as a support request.
