EAN payment

We offer payment with EAN numbers to public companies and institutions.

Since our webshop does not support EAN payment directly at checkout, we handle these orders manually to ensure correct invoicing and information.

To make a purchase with EAN payment, please send an email to contact@enklsound.com with the following information:

Information we need

• EAN number 
• Company/institution name
• Contact person (name)
• Contact person (phone number/mobile number)
• CVR number
• User ID (if applicable, e.g., for orders from a municipality)
• Delivery address
• Billing address (if different from delivery address)
• Desired products

Once we receive your email, we will manually create the order and send you an order confirmation with details about products, prices, and company information. We will then send the EAN invoice electronically.

Other terms for EAN payment

• Minimum purchase: 2,500 DKK incl. VAT
• Processing time: 1–2 business days from receipt of all necessary information
• Right of return: There is no right of return for purchases of large quantities of the same item, unless otherwise agreed in advance
• Reminder fee: In case of non-payment, a reminder fee of 100 DKK per reminder will be charged
• Payment terms: Standard rules for payment of EAN invoices apply
