Competition Rules

1. Organizer
The competition is organized by Enkl Sound Copenhagen ApS.

2. Prize
1 Enkl Sound ES2 speaker.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

3. Participation
Participation is by signing up for Enkl Sound Copenhagen's newsletter.
Participation is free.

4. Period
The competition is ongoing. One winner is drawn quarterly (every 3 months).

5. Winner selection
The winner is randomly selected from all valid participants.

6. Drawing and contact
The winner will be contacted directly via email in connection with the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to draw a new winner.

7. Publication
The winner will not be published without prior consent.

8. Participant requirements
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and have permanent residence in Denmark.

9. Personal data
By participating, you agree to receive emails from Enkl Sound Copenhagen.
Your information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and used for marketing and administration of the competition.
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the emails.

10. Responsibility and disclaimers
Enkl Sound reserves the right to change or terminate the competition in unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right for typographical errors.

The competition is not sponsored, supported, or administered by Meta, Google, or any other third party.
